Welcome to VisualGen AI! This Privacy Policy describes how VisualGen AI ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information and uploaded media when you use our mobile application and related API services.

1. Information We Collect

To provide our AI image generation capabilities, we collect the following categories of information:

• Account Information: When you register using Google Sign-In, we collect your Google unique identifier, name, email address, and avatar image URL.
• Uploaded Media: We collect and process the portrait photographs you select to apply AI filters to. These files are stored strictly in secure private directories on our servers.
• Usage Analytics: We collect details about templates used, successful processing counts, and device specifications (OS version, screen resolutions) to continuously calibrate our systems.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your data strictly to fulfill your design actions, including:

• Authenticating your identity and managing your remaining generation credits.
• Sending user-uploaded pictures to approved AI endpoints (such as Gemini and DALL-E) to apply AI styling effects.
• Distributing promotional credits, notifications, and subscription premium flags.

3. Security and Storage

All private media assets (such as original uploads and generated/edited files) are kept outside of the public web document root to prevent unauthorized access. These files are accessed strictly through our secure authenticated endpoints requiring active Bearer session tokens. We never store images as Database BLOB objects.

4. GDPR, Data Sharing, and User Control

We do not sell, rent, or lease your private personal records to third parties. We comply fully with global GDPR standards. You retain complete ownership and deletion rights of your data:

• You can request a complete, permanent wipe of all your uploaded files, account tokens, and generation histories at any time directly through the VisualGen AI settings menu.
• Alternatively, you can visit our Account Deletion Portal to submit a manual deletion request.
